1. General Terms v3.1

Welcome to pk30.bet ("pk30", "we", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pk30 governing all use of our website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions, and all associated features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of pk30 in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use pk30 and must close your account immediately by contacting our support team.

These Terms are written in plain, accessible English and are intended to be understood by Pakistani players without legal expertise. We have deliberately avoided unnecessary jargon. pk30 operates under a valid gaming licence. The Platform reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing pk30 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on pk30 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk30 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or automated entity of any kind).
• You must be accessing pk30 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of pk30 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not have previously had a pk30 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by pk30 or any responsible gaming body that pk30 participates in.

By registering on pk30 you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met and continue to be met for as long as your account remains open. pk30 may request documentation to verify age, identity, or location at any time and may suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Your pk30 Account

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering on pk30. This includes your real name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on pk30 at any time. Operating more than one account — whether under the same name or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pk30 uses sophisticated account-matching technology and will close all associated accounts if duplicates are detected. Balances in duplicate accounts will be voided unless there is clear evidence of error.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk30 login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pk30 support immediately. pk30 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pk30 may request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of mobile number, or confirmation of payment method. You must provide requested documents within 72 hours. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Closure

You may close your pk30 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you may withdraw any available balance subject to standard verification requirements. pk30 may close accounts at its discretion in cases of Terms breach, fraud, or extended inactivity (accounts with a zero balance inactive for 12 months or more).

4. Deposits

pk30 accepts deposits via the following methods from Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Maximum deposit: No cap for standard accounts; VIP limits vary by tier
• Processing time: Instant for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay; up to 30 minutes for IBFT

Deposits must come from payment methods that belong to you. pk30 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. Any deposit traced to a payment account not belonging to the registered player will be reversed and the deposited amount returned by the same channel (less any bank fees incurred).

pk30 reserves the right to request verification of a payment method before processing the first withdrawal to that method. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not affect deposit availability.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pk30 are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and protects all players on the platform.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Processing time (verified accounts): Under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash; up to 24 hours for IBFT
• Processing time (unverified accounts): Held pending KYC completion
• Withdrawal fees: pk30 does not charge withdrawal fees; your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is approved by pk30, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your identity has been verified (CNIC and mobile number confirmation)
• Any active bonus wagering requirements on your account have been met
• The withdrawal amount does not include funds subject to pending verification
• Your account is in good standing with no active investigations

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per day and Rs 20,00,000 per month. VIP account limits are higher and communicated individually. If your winnings from a single bet or game session exceed these thresholds, please contact pk30 support to arrange an expedited withdrawal plan.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk30 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP rewards, tournament prizes, and refer-a-friend credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer and to the general bonus rules below.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses on pk30 carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the bonus offer details. Standard wagering requirements on pk30 range from 10× to 40× of the bonus amount depending on the offer type.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, one per household/IP address/device. A player may not create additional accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once. Doing so constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on pk30 have an expiry period stated at the time of issue. Bonuses not activated within the activation window, and wagering requirements not completed within the validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is 10× the bonus amount. Any excess is removed from the account at the time of withdrawal processing.

pk30 reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any promotion found to be exploited — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or use of automated systems — will be voided without notice.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on pk30, including cricket betting, PSL markets, and all other sports and virtual sports offered on the platform.

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is not valid until pk30 has confirmed receipt and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed after an event has started (where in-play betting is not offered for that market) will be voided. pk30 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered due to a technical error.

7.2 Odds

All odds on pk30 are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the bet is confirmed. Your confirmed bet is locked to the odds displayed at time of confirmation, not any subsequent change. If odds were clearly displayed in error (manifestly wrong pricing), pk30 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

7.3 Match Abandonment and Void Markets

If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, suspended, or significantly delayed (more than 12 hours from scheduled start), pk30 will void all affected markets and return stakes to player accounts. In-play bets on completed portions of a match may stand depending on the market terms.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet on pk30 is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed when placing each bet. VIP members benefit from elevated maximum stakes.

7.5 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a settled bet on pk30 was resolved incorrectly, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of settlement by contacting support. pk30 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. pk30's decision is final for all betting disputes.

8. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games and instant games on pk30 — including card games, crash games, slots, baccarat, and virtual sports — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. These general Terms apply in addition to those specific rules.

8.1 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection is lost during a game round on pk30, the round will be resolved according to its normal outcome. For games with a cash-out feature (such as Aviator and other crash games), if you are disconnected before cashing out, the bet will stand and the game will continue to its conclusion. pk30 recommends enabling the Auto Cash-Out feature to protect against disconnection during crash game sessions.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

pk30 cannot be held responsible for game malfunctions caused by your device, browser, or internet connection. If a certified malfunction occurs on pk30's systems, all affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned. A game malfunction voids all pays and plays — including jackpot wins — if the malfunction affected the outcome.

8.3 Provably Fair Games

All crash games on pk30 use provably fair technology. Each round's outcome is determined by a cryptographic seed published before betting opens. You can verify any past round result independently using pk30's verification tool accessible from your account history page.

9. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

pk30 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk30 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games on pk30
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pk30's platform for financial gain — any such gains will be reversed regardless of how they were obtained
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordination between accounts
• Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Providing false information, documents, or identity details to pk30
• Attempting to launder money or use pk30 as a vehicle for financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk30 support staff or other players through any communication channel

10. Responsible Gaming

pk30 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable, controlled form of entertainment and we actively work to prevent gambling-related harm for Pakistani players on our platform.

10.1 Tools Available on pk30

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every pk30 player, accessible immediately from account settings without requiring support contact:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases apply immediately.
• Loss Limits: Limit the amount you can lose in a defined period. Same cooling rules as deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your pk30 account with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months. pk30 will honour self-exclusion requests immediately and permanently.

10.2 Minor Protection

If you are a parent or guardian who believes a minor has accessed pk30 using your device or payment method, contact our support team immediately. pk30 will investigate and take appropriate action including account closure and refund of any funds deposited by a minor.

11. Privacy and Data

pk30 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our full Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on pk30, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used by pk30 for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. pk30 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pk30 may share data with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or contractual obligation. All third parties with whom data is shared are contractually bound to maintain data security standards consistent with pk30's own obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

pk30 provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the fitness of any game or service for a particular purpose. pk30's total liability to any player in respect of any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

pk30 will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity problems on the player's side
• Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or platform outages outside pk30's control
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from a player's breach of these Terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pk30's negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

pk30 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect, except where changes are required urgently by legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of pk30 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. The latest version of these Terms is always available at pk30.bet/terms-conditions.
